When dealing with adult individuals, couples, or younger children and teens, I understand the everyone needs to be respected and heard. At times life can be a struggle, and coping skills or strategies for positive communication are not working effectively. Everyday challenges can be too much at times, and when there is no where to go, feelings of helplessness and being stuck can be very overwhelming.
